Design of a new mobile app for a big furniture company that solves shop-floor internal miscommunication problems. And at the same time enables colleagues to know when other colleagues' work is ready. After some interviews, it started to make sense that all the scattered available info was too hard to find and share, and by gathering it all and then partially distributing it, everyone would be able to accomplish their individual tasks while at the same time would be informing others of its readiness state. A different interface was developed for each worker profile to better adapt to each task.
